Deep Tissue Massage
Also known as Neuro-muscular Therapy, this massage uses medium to deep pressure to relax painful knots, relieve tension and calm muscle spasms. Highly effective for treating acute and chronic pain, we also suggest deep tissue to those who prefer a firmer touch.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth, flat river stones are first heated to the perfect temperature in a water bath. Then, a customized massage is given while holding the warmed stones. Warm Bamboo Massage
Bamboo has long been known for its healing and therapeutic properties. Multiple massage techniques and warmed polished bamboo sticks deliver heat deep into sore muscles. As your session progresses, tension disappears and balance is restored.

Thai Fusion Massage
Somewhat akin to assisted yoga, this massage incorporates techniques from Table Thai, Swe-Thai and Ashiatsu to thoroughly stretch and lengthen your muscles. Depending on the therapist, you may be clothed or draped with sheets, so wear something comfortable like sweatpants and a t-shirt.

By creating suction and vacuum pressure, glass cups are used to soften tight muscles, tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, move deep inflammation to the skin surface for release and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Cupping is incredibly versatile and the basic movements can easily be customized to accomplish a wide variety of techniques from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release.

Side-lying massage is an excellent choice for moms-to-be. Pillows are used for perfect positioning, and our therapist will adjust the pressure and techniques to suit mom's comfort level. Relaxing for both mother and child!

Laser Massage
Traditional massage techniques are combined with near-infrared light therapy using a class IV Aspen laser. Working on a cellular level, addition of the laser has the potential to rapidly reduce inflammation and pain while accelerating injury repair and healing. All treatments are performed in collaboration with and under the supervision of a physician, P. Tennent Slack, MD (ABA board-certified Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine).

On-Site MassagesWe offer in-home traditional massage services for individuals, couples or groups.
We offer in-office chair massage for a single event or on a recurring basis. Let us create a customized package to fit your on-site needs. Our basic rate per therapist is $135 for the first hour and $110 for each additional hour. |
